Ramblings

So it's a beautiful Monday morning here in Summit County. SNOW greeted me when I arose from my sweet slumber, and my husky is loving it. It's not 1+ ft of snow, but everything's all covered and it's enough to put my WRX out of commission. I need to get snow tires damn it! Or at least some all-season tires. These are the tires that's on the WRX right now:

Yeah.... those tires rule in the snow!! The WRX came from the factory with those tires. I drove in like.... 6-8 inches of snow before, oh my god. I had to be really careful and go really slow. The WRX was sliding all over, but it is do-able. However, the '06 Impreza with snow tires CRUSHES the snow. Looks like I'll be taking that car today... safer too.

I head to Beaver Creek at noon to PICK UP MY PASS!! I'm getting the Epic pass... for FREE! Party on! The timing couldn't have been any more perfect, so needless to say, I am pretty stoked!
